At this time Ish accepts cash, zelle, credit card, and debit card payments.

Is there a discount for referring a friend? 

YES!! For every friend you refer, you receive $5 off your next purchase of $100 or more. The discounted price is not valid unless the friend has already purchased hair or received service! There is no limit to the discount you can receive!!!!

 

Do you offer delivery/pick-up outside of business hours?

YES!! If you are local have an emergency and need your hair the same day it arrives, simply email me at ishhairbysakina@gmail.com or call/text 331.645.6558 with the order details and time its needed.

***There is a fee for Emergency Delivery. 

 

What is the return policy for Ish?

I am dedicated to providing a top notch Ish experience for every ish customer! What this means for you is, I stand behind my product! An in-store credit may be provided for any unused, unaltered, packaged hair that was ordered on line only! Meaning if you are unhappy with a bundle you are more than welcome to return it to me (at your own cost) for an exchange for a better bundle. Due to my no monetary return policy I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU see the FAQ tab before initiating an exchange to avoid having to unnecessarily pay for shipping. I am always open to questions and or concerns.

 

Can I purchase Ish online and have it shipped somewhere & how long does it take?

Yes, Please contact me directly at ishhairbysakina@gmail.com with order details or call 331.645.6558! Shipping takes ONLY 3 BUSINESS DAYS for on hand order requests!! Requests that I have to special order for you, may take up to 6 business days if it has to be mailed to you!
